The Type of Personal Information I Collect 

I currently collect and process the following personal information:

  • Communication Data: I collect whatever personal information that you may send to me, whether that is through the video call appointment Booking Form, on the Book Like A Boss site that I use to receive and approve your request(s) for an appointment to have a discussion with me, or through other electronic communication means, such as emails, texts, social media messaging, social media posting, or any other communication that you send to me.
  • Personal Identification Data: I only specifically request details of your full name, your email address, the reason(s) you may wish to speak to me, a digital upload of a copy of a recent (headshot) photograph of you, and your mobile phone number, so that I can review your personal data and then decide whether or not I will approve your Pure Kundalini Awakening appointment request(s) and meet with you online, via secure and encrypted video call, using the Signal Platform.
  • No Sensitive Data: I do not collect, record or process any Sensitive Data about you.  Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, for example.

 

How I Get The Personal Information and Why I Have It

Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you for the following reasons:

  • To enable me to fulfil your request to arrange and hold an online conversation with me via secure and encrypted video call, using the Signal Platform.
  • To enable us to communicate with each other via electronic and digital communication means and devices.

I may use the information that you have given me in order to:

  • Decide whether or not I will approve your Pure Kundalini Awakening appointment request(s) and meet with you online, via secure and encrypted video call, using the Signal Platform.
  • Listen to and understand what you have to say to me and why (without any judgement on my part so that you may speak freely and in confidence, it you so wish), so that I can then decide what feedback I should give you (if any).
  • To teach, train, guide, help empower and help you to fully awaken and become enlightened, if that is your wish and your karma.

 

Disclosures of Your Personal Information And Data

I will not disclose your information to any third parties without your consent, except as noted and for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, such as:

  • Service providers who provide IT and system administration services
  • Professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers
  • Government bodies that require me to report processing activities
  • Relevant Government and Law Enforcement Agencies, Authorities and their Officials to enforce and comply with the law when I am legally obliged or legally instructed to do so. 
  • I may further disclose information about you to the Government or Law Enforcement Agencies or their Officials if, in my sole discretion, I believe it necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to warrants or subpoenas), as necessary or when requested to provide such information for matters including, but not limited to:
    • Protecting my Proprietary and Intellectual Property Rights;
    • To protect the safety of the public or any person or child; or
    • To prevent or stop activity I may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, fraudulent, unethical or legally actionable activity.

I require all third parties to whom my Service Providers transfer your data to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law.  

I only allow such third parties to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

 

Lawful Basis For Processing Your Personal Information And Data

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases I rely on for processing this information are:

How I Store Your Personal Information 

Your information is securely stored. 

I will hold the personal information about you for as long as is necessary for me to fulfil your requests, deal with any specific questions that you may have or otherwise as is required by law, or any relevant Regulatory Body. 

In addition, I may retain your personal information for compliance with any of my legal obligations under the laws of the UK and beyond.

I will then dispose of your personal information by deleting all of your data from my personal computer and other devices, and will request Book Like A Boss to do the same, as far as they are legally able to do so.

 

Your Data Protection Rights

Under UK Data Protection law, you have certain rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask me for copies of your personal information. 

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask me to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate.  You also have the right to ask me to complete information you think is incomplete. 

Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask me to erase your personal information in certain circumstances. 

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us me to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances. 

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that I transfer the personal information you gave me to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights.  If you make a request, I have one month to respond to you.
