In a career that spans over 30 years, I have held many diverse global roles in operations and commercial management. Most recently, I led large scale transformation programmes in financial services and government agencies.
Between the operational and transformation roles, I built on my background in psychology and qualified as a sports trainer, massage therapist & nutritional adviser, running clinics in Bristol and London, I worked alongside national sports teams and well known household names including the revered Dustin Hoffman in addition to Anastasia in the wake of her gruelling cancer treatment. I provided support, working backstage at many high profile charity events, at the Royal Albert Hall working closely with the Simon Fuller team and the 'Live Aid' team, occasionally rubbing shoulders with Sting, literally!
This is where I discovered my passion working 1:2:1 with people to support them to be the very best version of themselves.
Today, I am a qualified heath & life coach and use my psychology, nutrition, treatment and training experience to work with your mindset and transform old ingrained behaviours into healthy ones so you can live the life you deserve and not the one you are trapped in.
