What is waiting to emerge?

Emergence is a small, intimate retreat for those who feel themselves at a threshold.

A space to step away from the noise of everyday life, come back into relationship with yourself and listen for what is ready to emerge.

Over four days and three nights, Monica and Elmer will gently hold a space for rest, reflection, meditation, breathwork, embodied practice, spiritual inquiry, time in nature and meaningful conversation.

• Non-resident – Tuition, Breakfast, Supper & Excursions £450

Payment in full confirms your place.

50% of your retreat fee is non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, we don't want that part of your investment to be lost. The value of the non-refundable 50% can be transferred to 1:1 supervision or reflective practice with Monica Douglas, or Breathwork and/or Craniosacral sessions with Elmer Postle, to be used within 12 months of the retreat.

The remaining 50% will be refunded if you let us know before the retreat begins.

Your hosts

Monica Douglas is a transformational mentor, reflective practice supervisor, relationship coach and OneSpirit Interfaith Minister. Her work brings together reflective practice, relationship work, embodiment, ceremony and spiritual accompaniment.

Elmer Postle is trained in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, prenatal and birth therapy, Source Process and Breathwork, bringing decades of experience in embodied and therapeutic practice.

Emergence has been brought into being in honour of Nicola Coombe, Elmer's late wife and Monica's beloved soul sister.
