Walter James is a native of South Carolina currently residing in Columbia, SC. He is a graduate of South Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He has also accomplished a Master in Business Administration and a Masters in Finance from Webster Unversity. Since 2009, Walter has been a committed member of the South Carolina Air National Guard where he is currently a recruiter and retainer. Walter is committed to building communities through empowering its members using educational workshops, seminars, and conferences. Following his entrepreneurial aspirations, he has partnered with John Maxwell, in coaching, teaching, training, and speaking on leadership to entrepreneurs, corporations, organizations, and individuals. Aiming high on achievement he has engulfed himself in his community by joining organizations such as the NAACP, Lexington County Toastmasters, and many more. He is also an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity INC. Raising the level of effectiveness by leading with a Sales Mindset:
Your team will experience a shift in their ability to influence to identify and solve problems for their clients, increase sales and leadership skills, and achieve greater results, using the Maxwell Method of Selling.
We will provide a 12-week Sales Boot Camp training based on the leadership principles and values of Dr. John C. Maxwell, leading authority on leadership development. Participants will be equipped with the skills needed to improve sales results. They will learn how to effectively serve others through selling, have the right posture, mindset, and attitude throughout the sales process, develop relationships vs making transactions, master the sales conversation and present products, services, and programs with confidence. Upon completion of the training, participants will have the basic knowledge and skills to effectively use the Maxwell Method of Sales to lead sales conversations. They each will be presented with a certificate of completion.
